With all the mental health issues going on in this world, and the stigma that goes along with it, I’m sharing some mental health options.

I have been diagnosed with agoraphobia and if it wasn’t for the ability to have my therapy via zoom, I’m not sure what I would have done. The ”plandemic” really exacerbated a lot of my symptoms.

Here is a small list of what you can get help and support with from Calmerry. What is Calmerry? (click here)

Since I have many mental health diagnosis, it’s very important for me to be able to have support, regardless of where I’m located. I don’t know what I would have done without my therapist, and the crisis hotline. There have been days where I’m not sure I would have been alive if it wasn’t for outside support.

Please, if you utilize this program, let me know how your experience was.
