I found a horse feed that I would love to try with my girl… but…

I was in a chat on Reddit about horses, and the OP posted what she feeds her Akhal Teke… super cool horse, you can click the colored/underlined words to get more information… not very many in the world.

Anyway, she shared that she feeds St. Hippolyt feed. I was curious and knew that the OP was from Europe. (In my opinion Europe has exceptional horse husbandry.)

I found a horse feed that I would love to try with my girl… but…

So I got online to see if I could get it.

Alas, I cannot.. so anyone heading to Austria anytime soon? If so could you bring me back some of this feed? 😁

I feed Sadie a warm mash of alfalfa cubes, beet pulp and Purina Senior Active. She does well on it… but I’m always looking for something that is/could be better for her. I’ll follow up with direct links where you can get those products later today.

Here’s some info about it… (St.Hippolyt) it sounds amazing, and there’s no junk in it.

I wish I could get this, but haven’t found a way yet.

Just a random post.

Happy Tuesday.

Find me in my other socials. If you want to…I’m not the boss of you. 🤣🤣🤣

Or here via my Linktree.

NO MY SITE IS NOT GOING OFFLINE. Working out some technical issues.

Find me on my other socials, if you want. I’m leaning further #out #of #Facebook. All of my videos (reels) will also be on my website. (My latest reel is at the bottom of this post.)

Why? Because I like it better, and have to do what’s best for my noggin.

Trying to keep up with everything, is hard some days, and the key to everything online is consistency. So I have to choose which #platforms are #performing better, with the least amount of “issues”.

Everything is linked in my #linktreeinbio

I won’t delete the account, but just won’t be posting as much here as time moves forward. I’ll see how it goes.. because things can change.

I have posted strong opinions about it, but I’m attempting…haha…to find my filter for my mouth.

Find me in my other socials. If you want to…I’m not the boss of you. 🤣🤣🤣

It’s just me being tired of the control issue… my content will get 40k,
10k views, until they offer to pay me, then they toggle it, and views go down. It seems dumb to me.. but hey.. I’m not Facebook. Just had a video get over 11k views Instagram (yes owned by Meta), but it gets less than 500 over on FB… because they wanted me in their monetization program. Prior to that… things were different.

Also, I enjoy the freedom I have on my own site. Nobody tells me I’m
going to get banned/ or a community violation for saying this, or that.

Yes I understand that if I’m going to continue to build, I have to jump through some hoops. I’m just deciding which hoops.

Also, having my face in front of a screen, isn’t good for me. It’s not good for anyone actually.

My goal is to share a lot, because it’s the number one most effective way for me to cope… and I’ve got to be able to deal with my baggage…..and if me sharing helps at least one other person, then I’ve accomplished something.

My main source will be here… I’ve had this site since 2013. I’ll keep Medium,(for my poetry) Reddit (because so far I love it there) and Instagram (because it’s easier to integrate what I want)… and Twitter (because I’m a part of a great writing, poetry community over there… but even Twitter is changing)…but I’m backing off of Facebook. I’ve backed completely off of Tiktok…. I can’t stand it there… I still have an account with a couple of videos, but it’s just too much. I do have a feet page… doing an experiment with that, so not sure I’ll keep it….. yes I said feet… I’m quirky and weird, but I’m ok with that. 🤣

I’m opening an Amazon storefront because I have so many products that I get from there, that I use, and it’s just easier to share all in one place sometimes. If I can’t find it on Amazon, I share a link to it.

So there it is. Peace out Facebook. For now at least.

I can’t believe I could have lost her 4 months ago. (Story on my insta via underlined/ and or different colored words).

The cycle of mental health 16 Nov 22

The cycle of mental health

I know there’s others out here that struggle. I know there is. The anxiety, fear, agoraphobia, heart palpitations. The questioning of everything. “Am I losing my mind?” “What’s wrong with me?”

Currently I am fighting a revolution of self doubt, self loathing, physical autoimmune flare ups, which I don’t think is a coincidence as there have been many studies that link autoimmune, to mental health and trauma. Here’s an article on it from a trusted source.

I’ve spent my entire life, literally, trying to feel ok, and being in a fight or flight situation. I’m tired. My body is tired, my mind is tired. I’m feeling defeated and worthless. You know how someone asks you how you are doing, and you instantly make a quick decision whether you are going to tell them the truth? Yea, that’s me right now. Most people don’t really want to know how you are doing, it’s just a nice thing to say.

I’ve been writing a lot this month, and trying to keep up with everything, but I really don’t think I’m accomplishing that. I guess I’m trying, and not giving up, so there’s that. That counts, right?

I think I’m going to check out today, and actually try to let my body heal. I’ve found that if I put on Chopin, it literally sends me into a state of calm that I’ve not experienced in a long time.

Unrealistic thoughts, fears of dooms day-ish things happening, fear of basically everything has been all consuming. It’s not rational, and my logical mind tells me that, but my ptsd mind runs off unattended and does it’s own thing. Reeling it in is a chore, but I have to work it.

What is EMDR

What is ART

Does this ever go away? In speaking with my long time therapist, she says that in my case it probably won’t, and that I’ll just have to learn to handle the symptoms and deal with it. We tried again to use EMDR, and ART therapy, but I failed miserably. She said that if it invokes anything negative, that we have to stop. My body reaction was bizarre, so she ended the session. We then focused on safe place, and I put the EMDR “buzzers” in my hands and tried to get that to help. It did a little, as I visualized my safe place. She did tell me that sometimes EMDR, and ART doesn’t work for some people. I guess I’m one of those. I was disappointed though because the success rate is high.

Shop my AMAZON store here.

Check out Rebel Miner’s book, Just Go Wild.

One day at a time. That’s all I can do. But there are some days where I feel my life is just wasted on trying to deal, process or cope with some kind of shit.

Lets go over some ways I’ve made money online. Hooray! My 1st favorite is blogging.

grey metal case of hundred dollar bills

Let’s go over some way’s I’ve made money online. Hooray! My 1st favorite is blogging.

Lets go over some ways I’ve made money online. All of these I have used, and they have generated income. Making money online started to explode during the onset, and following the covid pandemic. People realized that they could make a living from home, or anywhere there’s an internet connection. Employees were forced out of their offices and into their homes, and it’s turned out to be a good thing.

You can gain more freedom, work from a van down by the river, or from a beach by the ocean. As long as you can get internet, you’re good to go. Gone are the days where a person has to punch a time clock and work a 9-5.

I understand some people enjoy their work, and prefer it that way. That’s cool too. When I was able to work, and working in the nursing industry, I loved my job. But times have changed, and being unable to work as an employee, and being on disability has forced me to learn to do new things.

Fiverr

The first online platform I’m going to talk about is Fiverr. It was created as a platform in the beginning for people to do projects for others for 5 bucks. It’s since then evolved and you can create what they call a ”gig”, to do anything. Website design, Amazon listings, app development. I did a quick search for “how to build a website”, and there were over 25K gigs ranging in price from $650 to $5.

It’s easy to set up, and takes about an hour or a little more if you are a newbie, to set up your first gig. I have made money on this platform. If you would like to check it out, you can click any of the underlined words.

Legiit

The next platform that is similar to Fiverr is Legiit. Legitt works about the same way as Fiverr, is a bit newer to the online freelance platform world. But it is getting great reviews. It has awesome security with 2FA and great payout programs.

Etsy and ShineOn

Ok, this is a seriously cool trick. You can start an Etsy store, create jewelry via ShineOn, and upload your jewelry to your Etsy store. You don’t have to have any inventory, you don’t have to do any shipping, or any of that. You simply find a piece of jewelry, or a product that ShineOn has, do the setup, and then sync it to your Etsy store. I’ve made money this way as well.

My store is kind of on the back burner right now, so I’m working on that, but it is a great way to make and sell products, without having to actually fabricate the product yourself. If you do make products, then that’s awesome, Etsy is a great place to showcase them. You can click any of the underlined words to try it out and see my store.

Print on Demand

This is similar to Etsy and Shineon. Except you can take one of your pictures, and upload it to Redbubble, and then you can choose what kind of products that picture will be on. Cups, mugs, aprons, mini skirts, dog items, shower curtains, tank tops, t-shirts, water bottles… that’s just a few items. There are A LOT. You can click HERE to see what I’m talking about. Currently I’m adding anther print on demand shop.

I’ll update this post when it goes live. All you have to do is go to the website, create an account, and then start making items. It will take some time to get everything set up for payment, and whatever kind of designs you want to create. I use Canva, click here to create your account. Canva’s images are not copyrighted, so you can find whatever you want to create and then use it. It’s really cool.

Most of these platforms are geared towards the freelancer. Someone who wants to be able to work from anywhere, and create their own type of atmosphere. Especially if you like to write, are good at creating content, understand seo, or just like to work in your pjs from your couch.

There will always be blogging. Blogs will never go away, and are another great way to generate income. I started this blog fore FREE nine years ago…it’s my go-to to publish whatever I want to write about. It’s a little slower, but if you can be consistent, then it’s a sure fire winner.

Always remember that you only fail if you don’t try. Just try…all of these platforms are FREE to use. FREE FREE FREE FREE.

If you would like an EXTREMELY detailed guide to these and other services to start your own online business, I’ve partnered with Adrian Brambila to share the Brambila Method. This is how he’s made his money, and is financially retired at the age of 32. Yes it costs money, but if you aren’t 100% satisfied, he offers a money back guarantee.

Who are you?

Good afternoon people of the interwebs.

I have shared in my previous posts that I started an online business at the beginning of 2022.

What a ride it has been. I have learned so much about digital marketing, social media marketing, making content, and I continue to learn new things everyday!

I made a video and posted it to Facebook reels, showcasing a flashlight that I own, and shared a link for others to purchase. (It’s a great flashlight, I’ll include the video here)…

Anyway, my reel has gotten over 40,000 views. Crazy right?

But I’m missing something. I missing YOU.

So this post is just to ask for you to subscribe to my blog, and socials. I’ve included my mail poet subscription form below. Thank you for your support. It really does mean everything to me as I build this business and get myself out of poverty. You can search my archives for more personal posts, and why I decided to do this. The Brambila Method.

Wowee, I am learning A LOT about building an online business.

I started by converting my blog to a business site at the beginning of the year, so I could have all of the tools I need to manage what I am building.

I took a $7 dollar course, which gave me the initial understanding of how the business model worked. Though it left me with a lot of questions. So I headed over to youtube to do some more research.

This led me to getting a mentor, and she has helped me a lot to understand that part of the business.

The Brambila Method.

But… yes there’s a but… as I’m going through the mentoring process, I’m finding out that I don’t want to do my business that way. I don’t want to be a coach to a bunch of people, not right now at least. I WANT to help others, and intend on doing that, but coaching/mentoring isn’t at the top of my list right now. Maybe later…but right now I’m just going to share the tools that have WORKED for me, and generated income.

The Brambila Method.

The reason for this, is I want the majority of my income to continue to come in passively. This means doing the back end work, continuing to blog and share what I’m learning, and creating projects that literally make money in my sleep. Which has happened to date.

I took one more training, as I have mentioned before, and it has really helped me nail down the little things that I was missing, in creating passive income. It gave me awesome ideas, and I feel like I’m moving in the right direction to scale and grow my business.

That being said, here’s the training I took. Yes it will cost you some money, but if you need some PROVEN methods to expand your online business, this is the training for you. I’ve also linked it in one of my pages.

The Brambila Method.

I want to remind you that starting a business, whether it’s a brick and mortor business, or a passive online business, takes work. The term ”passive” can be misleading, as you HAVE to do the initial work, to make it passive. You have to learn how to do it, and learn how to make it successful.

So if you want to get started, with a LEGIT way to earn money online, click here for the Brambila Method.

As always, reach out with questions.
