I want to share something, that’s kind of personal.

Shame. Some days during the times when I’m struggling, usually the down, or low part, I feel intense shame. Shame for what? I’ve made a lot of mistakes during life, but I’m working on forgiving myself. I’ve come a long way, but some days it’s just overwhelming. I feel the same shame that I felt as a child….it’s that kind of feeling, like you’re doing everything wrong. I know it’s not the case, but some days it becomes all encompassing and I feel like a child again. I work through it, it’s just a pain in my ass. I THINK I understand why I feel this way, and I know that it’s rooted from childhood, so that helps in processing through it and realizing that I don’t need to feel ashamed about myself, my body, anything….that’s usually where it heads.

In 2019 I was diagnosed with another brain fart disease. I had already been diagnosed with PTSD, CPTSD, MDD and generalized anxiety disorder. When I tested again, it said I have borderline personality disorder. When I found out initially I was scared, ashamed, embarrassed….all of the feelings. Then I did some research.

I realized that it was caused from the things I went through as a child, and surprisingly I was sort of relieved knowing WHAT caused it, as it made it easier for me to deal with and change my behavior. It was like a lightbulb moment for me…as it explained my irrational and erratic behavior throughout different times in my life.

I want to share something, that’s kind of personal.

I have the distinct memory of thinking many times throughout my life, that something was wrong…that my brain wasn’t working right, but I couldn’t put my finger on it. The final puzzle piece was handed to me in 2019, and I felt like I could understand it all.

I still have lingering insecurities, but I’m human. I still deal with remnants of childhood feelings, but again, I’m human, and that’s ok.

I just wish I had known then what I know now.

Let It Glow

I like to use this at night. It keeps my skin soft, and I’ve never had any issues with it causing any breakouts or anything. I use the Blossom and Fruit, and Facial Serum during the day. My skin has never felt better.

This is also the sunscreen I use. It has hyaluronic acid and squalene in it. With just a touch of glow…not heavy and it feels great! (Click the pictures to take you to the site.)

So I surprised Ricky Raccoon last night, for the second time. 🤣

I was walking into the kitchen, and saw Mr R. through the sliding glass door. I went back to get my phone and snuck into the kitchen to the window and got this.

Let me preface this by saying I put up all the bulk cat food we feed at night. But there always some little tidbits that he/she thinks he/she needs.

It was just a funny look on he/she’s face when she realized I was watching her through the kitchen window.

They KNOW that they aren’t supposed to be there, but food over rules everything.

This is another product from Humble Collective CBD that I use. Blossom and Fruit harvested right from the owners wild, untouched land. It’s another amazing product.

This is one of two products I’ll be talking about over the next two days.

I’m attempting to NOT go into aging gracefully, but with the least amount of wrinkles and skin damage as possible. I was a sun queen when I was younger, and I do get a lot of sun during the summer at the ranch doing yard work, and stuff like that. But I can’t be without my Humble skincare. Yes, I’ve tried other products, on purpose, to see how my skin reacts, and it just feels better when I use all natural, additive free products. Maybe it just me, but I don’t think so. These products are good.

So let’s get into it. The Let It Glow serum is filled with everything your skin wants and needs for nourishment, and cell regeneration.

Ingredients are: organic grapeseed oil, organic camellia seed oil, organic sunflower and olive oil infused with (all organic herbs) of: comfrey, nettle, chickweed, chamomile, lavender, yarrow, calendula and arnica, organic argan oil, roman chamomile and frankincense essential oils, CBD isolate, CBG isolate.

That’s it! Not words you can’t pronounce, not water, and all GOODNESS for your face.

Natural cruelty free soap.

I found a natural soap company that is cruelty free and not filled with yucky stuff, that you don’t want on your skin. More coming as I do further research.

Here are two companies that I have found that are natural, cruelty free, and have what seems to be, just good products.

Ok, so I am researching some natural soap/beauty products. I am so weird about what I put on my skin…. I make my own deodorant…lol.. I don’t want a bunch of chemicals on my skin.

This is rosin pressed….think of how olive oil is produced. They take the hemp plant and place in a powerful press, with a little heat, and it literally squeezes out all of the goodies.
