Years ago, I had a home invasion. I’ve blogged about those details, if you want to read about that, you can click HERE for my post. I won’t get into that here, but it prompted me to think of ways I can feel safe.

I decided to get cameras to put around my property, and home. It really helped me to feel more secure and comfortable. I can check on my house when I’m not there, and I get notifications when there is movement.

Right now I have Yi home cameras, Ring Cameras, and one light bulb camera. (Which is cool, as it screws into a light socket.)

Ring cameras have a great rating and can be set up quickly and wirelessly.

If you use Google nest you can add these cameras and accessories.

I have a friend that uses Wyze cameras and they are happy with them.
