I have a 268 watt hour solar bank, that is charged from my solar panel, car 12v port, or plugged into the wall. It works very well keeping my small electronics charged when I need it while camping.

But since it’s getting colder, and one of my favorite times to camp, I’ve been searching for a bigger watt hour unit, because I do run an electric blanket for Zoey, and have a small 200 watt heater. My solar banks aren’t big enough to run them and everything else. It only last about 24 hours, and while I was gone last week, I ran out of power, and it was very overcast. I was able to charge up to about 50%, but it didn’t last all day.

So I’m sharing some amazing deals power banks that a lot of companies are putting on sale. Below you will find a few. Some of these units (the bigger watt hours made by a lot of the same companies…NOT these exact units, but it could keep you warm during an outage) could be a complete backup system for a house. There are many solar generators out there, but in my opinion you have to make sure you have enough power, that it has the proper internal regulation.
